For the development of the project in 2018, three parallel lines of action have been conceived. The first includes the study of the cultural characteristics of the different groups and spaces with which we work, for which throughout the year, an important documentary source is gathered, which serves as a base for the actions to be carried out by the artists involved.
The second proposes the creation of a cultural program, encompassing both the support to the programs of other organizations, as well as the conception of cultural activities, such as concerts, exhibitions, conferences, film cycles that promote the sociocultural exploration of the participants and collaborators. . Through these events it is intended to enable a space of constant artistic creation and development in which artists can socialize their experiences and get in direct contact with the collaborators of these communities.
Likewise, the project aims to provide young artists with instruments and materials to be responsible for the improvement through their work of the sociocultural conditions of their social environment. In addition, it offers curatorial support and tutoring to new artists and gives them access to the national and international network of the platform through residences, workshops and theoretical events. To this end, different artistic residencies will also be convened for artists, curators and national and foreign researchers.
